• D1 – Raw Material Feed Hopper for storage of raw material loaded by wheel loader – 15 t/h;

• P1 –Disintegrator/Crusher – crushes any aggregates of varying sizes present in the raw material received from D1 – 15 t/h;

• R1 – R24 Mixer Granulator – mixes and granulates the raw material received from P1 and discharges the wet product into the hopper – 8 t/h;

Main Components:

• B1B –Fluid Bed Dryer – dries the wet granules discharged from R1 8 t/h;

• T5 –Vibrating Tubular Conveyor with Inlet Ports – conveys dried granules from B1B and fine dust from the PD4 filter dust discharge rotary valve to the P5 vibrating screen;

• P5 –Vibrating Screen – classifies the dried granules received from T5 into the following size fractions:5 mm (to be milled and recycled);2–6 mm (finished product);< 2 mm (to be recycled);Total capacity: 10.5 t/h;

DRYING PLANT

In operating condition; Thermal Output: 1000 kW;

Comprising:

• D9 – Horizontal LPG Storage Tank – Material: carbon steel Capacity: 12.5 m³;

• B1A –Hot Gas Generator Burner – generates hot gas to be injected into the bottom of the B1B fluid bed dryer – Rated Thermal Output: 1,000 kW – Fuel: LPG;

• P2 –Combustion Air Fan – Airflow Capacity: 8,500 m³/h;

• B1B –Fluid Bed Dryer – dries wet granules – Materials: AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel and S235 steel. The dryer is designed to reduce the free moisture content of incoming wet granules from 12% to 2%; the required nominal thermal input is 1,000 kW. Equipped with two vibrating motors – Throughput: 8 t/h.

• P3 –Cooling Air Fan – draws air from the surrounding environment and injects it into the final section of the dryer to cool the dried product before discharge – Processed gas flow rate: 6,100 m³/h;

• F4 –Baghouse Filter Downstream of the Dryer – removes fine solid particles entrained in the exhaust gases during the drying process – Material: S235 steel (powder-coated) – Number of filter bags: 135 – Filtration area: 236 m². The filter bags have a diameter of 0.16 m and a length of 3.4 m; filter bag material: PES/PES 550. Equipped with an automatic compressed-air bag cleaning and shaking system.
